THE TECHNOLOGY
In the last 15 years for skin resurfacing we have passed from
the superpulsed CO2 laser to the Erbium-Yag laser, but unfortunately many
side-effects, the high risk of complications and the long recovery time of the
usual relations have considerably reduced their use.

The thermafractionalase is the innovative micro-fractional technology that synergetically combines two coaxial wavelengths: 1540nm and 980nm. The first (1540nm) makes micro-coagulations with 100 µm diameter and 800 µm depth, which, combined to the second (980nm), rises the temperature into the derma, biostimulating a greater production of collagen and elastin.
The treatment with thermafractionalase is safe, effective and almost painless.

THE PRE-TREATMENT
Thanks to its advanced technology, the thermafractionalase
provides certain results always predictable for a series of imperfections which
have been considered hardly solvable until today.

The thermafractionalase encourages the natural process of skin renewal, so skin
with imperfections is replaced by new tissues, firmer and healthy. The treatment
with thermafractionalase is preceded by a careful analysis of the skin by means
of the skin tester, which, thanks to reported information, enables the operator
to determine with an higher degree of selectivity the indications of the

The thermafractionalase is the
innovative micro-fractional technology that synergetically combines two coaxial
wavelengths: 1540nm and 980nm. The first (1540nm) makes micro-coagulations with
100 µm diameter and 800 µm depth, which, combined to the second (980nm), rises
the temperature into the derma, biostimulating a greater production of collagen

In most cases the treatment is outpatient and painless. At every pulse, the
patient will feel a slight pinprick sensation. With particularly sensitive
subjects it is sufficient to topically apply an anaesthetic cream.

THE TREATMENT TECHNIQUE The treatment technique consists in a series of parallel passages of the TFL scanning hand piece performed perpendicularly. To increase the density of the microbeams, a series of passages may be performed horizontally.

THE POST-TREATMENT After every session it is normal the immediate appearance of an intense erythema and edema, which may last for 1-2 days (soft treatment), 4-5 days (intensive treatment). The treatment protocol is composed of 3 or 4 sessions with 4 weeks interval.
